1^st Hythe Scout Group – New Tents to accommodate up to 30 people.

To provide funding of £1500 to the above project.

Reason for decision:

Replace tents that are no longer serviceable. We will be purchasing tents to accommodate up to 30 people, these will be a mix of 3 and 6 person tents depending upon availability. We should be able to purchase tents at a cost of £50/person, using retailers promotions and discounts available to scout organisations.
