Folkestone Living Advent Calendar - This year we have expanded the opportunities for the local community to get involved in the Advent Calendar performances by putting on a number of extra workshops. To bring these plans to fruition we need some additional funding to pay for facilitating and promoting the workshops and also for providing a community get together with food on the first night.

To provide funding of £300 to the above project.

Reason for decision:

People and communities are involved from the outset of this project. After three years of running the Folkestone Living Advent Calendar we have a very wide and loyal following. We contact these via social media, questionnaires and interviews to get their feedback and invite them to come forward with ideas for

workshops, performances and venues. Here are just some of their comments:
