Decision details

Following a request to amend the winter CPZ operational hours in Radnor Cliff and Radnor Cliff Crescent by the the secretary for the Radnor Cliff, Radnor Cliff Crescent and The Riviera Residents Association (RRRA), it was decided to consult all residents on this proposal. This report provides an analysis of this informal consultation.

1.        To receive and note report C/19/06.

2.        That based on the result of the informal consultations, changes to the operational hours during the winter months be made, subject to statutory consultation in July 2019.

3.        That any objections to the proposed traffic regulation order (TRO) amendment be reported back to Cabinet Member for Transport.

Reasons for decision:

The cabinet member is asked to consider the results of the recent informal consultations in which residents of Radnor Cliff and Radnor Cliff Crescent were asked whether they are in the support of a proposed change to the CPZ operational hours during the winter months.
