Resolved: That planning permission be granted subject to the conditions set out at the end of the report; an informative on the decision notice requesting that the bus stop not be relocated in front of Boot House; and the applicant entering into a S106 legal agreement securing affordable housing with priority to residents within the parish, the relocation of the bus stop and ecology mitigation and management; and that delegated authority be given to the Development Management Manager to agree and finalise the wording of the conditions and the legal agreement and add any other conditions that she considers necessary.

2.         To agree the draft revised Gambling Statement of Principles for the period (April) 2019-2022 to be consulted on for a 6 week period.

3.         To delegate the Environmental Health and Licensing Team Leader to approve any minor amendments to the Policy as a result of the consultation, before being presented to Full Council for approval and adoption.
