That planning permission be granted subject to the conditions set out at the end of the report; an amendment to condition 7 to include obscure glazing to the first floor rear bathroom window; and an amendment to condition 6 to require a scheme for additional screening along the rear boundary and that delegated authority be given to the Head of Planning to agree and finalise the wording of the conditions and add any other conditions that he considers necessary.
