Implications of raising the minimum hourly rate to £10 per hour This report provides the Committee with information relating to the item raised as opposition business at a recent council meeting, namely that our minimum hourly rate should be increased to £10 per hour, in order for the Committee to give appropriate consideration to the proposal.
