DECISION:

1.        To receive and note report C/19/25.

2.         To remove Councillor Godfrey from the Board of East Kent Housing, and replace him with Councillor McConville for the remainder of the term 2019/20 as set out in the report.

Reasons for decision:

The Leader was asked to agree the recommendations because he has responsibility for overall strategy and leadership to the outside bodies for 2019/20, acting under delegated powers, the Leader may make or change an appointment of the Council, to an outside body.
