Delivering Otterpool Park - landowner update

 

 

This report provides an update to Cabinet on a range of matters relating to the delivery of Otterpool Park. It sets out various options for delivering the council’s objectives for Otterpool Park and also makes recommendations that the council should explore, and the option of forming a development company. It brings to Cabinet for its consideration the draft Framework Masterplan for Otterpool Park prepared by the landowner’s consultant team, and provides an update on the viability of the project  and its budget.”
