• Councillor Mrs Jennifer Hollingsbee - Other significant interests - Councillor Mrs Jenny Hollingsbee declared an Other Significant Interest (OSI) in respect of minute number 69 (Otterpool Park - additional capital funding) in that she has two properties adjacent to the site and she would therefore take no part in the discussions and voting on this item. She stated that she had previously declared this as a voluntary declaration but on advice would now declare reluctantly an OSI.
