All events that come through EventApp are put out for consultation with the Safety Advisory Group (SAG). This gives the SAG the opportunity to review and scrutinise the documents and information given about the event and, if necessary, request additional information to ensure the event is safe to proceed. Any requests for information will be sent directly from the SAG members through the EventApp messaging system.
Once this consultation period is finished, there have been no issues raised and any fees have been paid then the Conditional Agreement will be granted for the event to take place.
