Decision details

Folkestone Charivari – This event takes place every year through the Harbour area up through the town and ending on The Leas.  This year we have been accepted to take part in the celebration and be part of the local community.  We feel this would be a great experience for our service users and really give them a positive experience and boost of confidence. 

DECISION:

To provide funding of £292.00 to the above project.

Reason for decision:

We would like to be part of the local celebrations and join Folkestone Charivari.  Our service users have expressed a desire to join in and we can offer at least 20 of them to have the chance to do this.  It will boost our service users’ confidence and give them a real sense of community and belonging.  It will also let the spectators know who we are and what we do.
