Upgrade of cutlery & crockery to make to 100 covers, all matching. New kitchen equipment to go with new oven.

To provide funding of £1000 to the above project.

Reason for decision

Gradually over the years the amount of matching crockery has diminished, and we would like to make up to 100 matching sets to welcome our clients back after Covid. Some items we need to make up to 100 and others we need to purchase the full 100. Having a 100 covers will also save us having to hire crockery and cutlery for Christmas and other events. We are imminently having a new state of the art cooker fitted in the kitchen, to help us achieve the number of meals that are required with spare capacity, so that we can increase if required. This oven uses purpose

designed equipment.
