The Locavore Growing Project - Subsidising Forest School sessions for pre-school children.

To provide funding of £400 to the above project.

Reason for decision:

This project has been generated in response to community need, after we were unable (due to COVID) to continue our planned programme of engagement with young people through food & food growing events. We have existing users from Beacon School, Touchbase and East Kent College. Martello Primary have provided us with space (with a minimum 5 year Memorandum of Understanding) to create the community garden and have expressed a particular need for pre-school and community-wide activities.
