Resolved: 1. To receive and note Report DCL/21/39. 2. To grant a Private Hire driver’s licence subject to the applicant completing the Disability Awareness training for Taxi and Private Hire driver’s course and providing a certificate to that effect within 28 days of completing the course to the Council.
