To exclude the public for the following item of business on the grounds that

Members considered the Council’s policies, the representations and in accordance with the Institute of Licensing Guidance the following decision was made.

2.         To grant a private hire driver licence for a period of 12 months.

Classification of a film

Folkestone & Hythe District Council has been asked to classify a film so that it can be shown at the Quarterhouse on Friday March 20th. The Licensing Sub-Committee is therefore asked to approve the recommendations below.
