Resolved: To appoint Councillor Mrs Jenny Hollingsbee as Chairman for the meeting.

Members of the Council should declare any interests which fall under the following categories:

There were no declarations of interest.

To exclude the public for the following item of business on the grounds that

it is likely to disclose exempt information, as defined in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 –

‘Information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual.’

and

“Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular

person (including the authority holding that information) ‘Financial or

business affairs’ includes contemplated as well as current activities.”

2.         To grant a private hire driver licence for a period of 12 months.

Folkestone & Hythe District Council has been asked to classify a film so that it can be shown at the Quarterhouse on Friday March 20^th. The Licensing Sub-Committee is therefore asked to approve the recommendations below.
