      Construction of a new house following demolition of existing house.

 

       Mr Mike Simmonds, spoke on behalf of the applicants and their agent in support of the application.

 

       Proposed by Councillor Dick Pascoe

       Seconded by Councillor Miss Susie Govett

 

Resolved: That the application be deferred to a future meeting given the delay in notifying the applicant that the item would be on the agenda of this meeting.

2.   Y16/0724/SH            Ferne Lodge 87 Seabrook Road Hythe Kent

                                         

       Outline application for the erection of a block of 20 sheltered housing units

       (Class C3), following the demolition of the building on the site, with the

       matter of ‘Landscaping’ reserved for future consideration.

Resolved: That planning permission be refused on the grounds set

out in the Report by the Head of Planning.

Formation of a rock revetment east of Coronation Parade and timber fendering installed along front of Coronation Parade arches.

Resolved: That planning permission be granted subject to the conditions set out in the Report by the Head of Planning and any further conditions required by KCC Archaeology.
