The Principal Planning Officer referred to 7.6 and 7.1.4 of the report. It was clarified that subsequent to the drafting of the report, historic records show that the surface water drainage for the site was via deep bore soakaway only and does not rely upon the ditch as mentioned in the report.

 

David McKivett, local resident spoke against the application.
