RESOLVED:

1.             That report FPPG/21/05 be received and noted.

2.       That the Annual Report and Accounts of the Folkestone Parks and Pleasure Grounds Charity for the financial year ending 31 March 2021 be approved.

3.       That the Letter of Representation from Hacker Young as the Charity’s Auditor for the accounts ending 31 March 2021 be signed.
