WW1 CENTENARY MEMORIAL GRANT SCHEME

 

 

This report is a summary of the applications received for the WW1 Centenary Memorial Fund.  Funding of £50,000 to support this grant scheme was confirmed in the 2018/19 budget. The centenary of the end of World War One is a significant event for our district. The grant scheme is the way the council decided to mark this milestone and provide support for this national event in which Folkestone played a key role in the history of the Great War
