This report updates the General Fund Medium Term Capital Programme for the five year period ending 31 March 2025, for full Council approval as part of the budget process. The report also provides the latest projected outturn for the GF Capital Programme in 2019/20. Finally the report also set out both the Prudential Indicators for capital expenditure and the Minimum Revenue Provision Statement for 2020/21 to be approved by full Council
