Otterpool Park - Business Plan

 

 

This report sets of for approval the five year business plan of Otterpool Park Limited Liability Partnership, the LLP is the Council’s delivery vehicle for the Otterpool Park Garden Town.  The Business Plan, drawn up by the board of the LLP, sets out the intended activities over the five year period and requests the release of monies necessary to achieve the objectives in the plan.   It also sets out the details of a proposed strategic land agreement and suggests certain amendments to the Members’ Agreement.
