This report seeks approval of the Carbon Action Plan. This document has been produced in response to the Climate Emergency resolution passed by full council last year and following a study to establish the Council’s carbon footprint. In response to the finding s of the study the Carbon Action Plan proposes a range of actions that are intended to start the Council on the journey to reduce its carbon emissions to zero by 2030.
