This report summarises the work undertaken on the Councils long term strategic Corporate Plan incorporating proposals for the COVID recovery. The Corporate and Recovery Plans have been combined into a vision for the district of ‘Creating tomorrow together’. The Plan has recently undergone public consultation and this draft for adoption considers matters raised through that process
