• Councillor Connor McConville - Disclosable pecuniary interests - Councillor Rolfe declared a DPI in respect of agenda item 9, (Medium Term Financial Strategy 2021/22 to 2024/25), in that she was a Director of Oportunitas. She can confirmed that she had been granted a dispensation in respect of this interest, and could therefore participate in any discussion and vote. Councillors McConville, Mullard and Gane also declared DPIs in respect of agenda item 9, in that they were directors on the Board of Oportunitas, but had been granted dispensations in respect of this interest and could therefore participate in any discussion or vote.
