• Councillor Patricia Rolfe - Disclosable pecuniary interests - Councillor Rolfe made a Declaration of Pecuniary interest in respect of agenda items 10 (Update to the General Fund Medium Term Capital Programme), 11 (Capital Strategy 21/22) and 12 (Investment Strategy 21/22) due to her role as Chairman of Oportunitas. She advised that a dispensation had been granted. She also made a voluntary declaration due to her role as Town Councillor on New Romney Town Council.
