Usage

The plans, drawings and other material have been submitted to Folkestone & Hythe District Council in order to apply for planning permission.

They are available to view for consultation purposes only.

Copyright notice

Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by the Copyrights Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act).

You may only download or print material for consultation purposes.

Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner, (the applicant/agent/architect).

You may however make copies of the Planning Decision notice provided the copies are not altered in any way.

Personal data

Any representations received in response to planning applications must be made available for public inspection, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Access to Information Act, 1985. This means that we cannot treat any comments made on a planning application as confidential.

Any comments you make will form part of the background papers to the planning application and will be available for public inspection both on the planning file and on this website.

If you do not provide your name and address your comments will be treated as anonymous and your views will not be taken into account by the planning authority. Please do not include telephone numbers or contact details of you or any other party in the main body of your comments.

We reserve the right to withhold from publication on this website, any comments or parts of comments which in our opinion are not considered suitable for public view for reasons including offensive or personal content.
