Spring Lane Cemetery
Spring Lane Cemetery has not been used for burials since 2003 because the ground conditions are too unstable, however ashes can be interred into existing graves. Graves can be purchased and used for the interment of ashes only and depending on space and availability, you can reserve grave space for the interment of ashes for future use. A grave space is large enough for four normal sized caskets.
How it works
When a burial plot is purchased, a Deed of Grant is issued. The registered grave owner is recorded and has exclusive burial and memorial rights for 100 years. This document should be kept safely as it will be required to demonstrate ownership upon any future use of the grave
