Injunction for land in Old Romney
We have successfully secured a two year injunction preventing any further works or more caravans being installed at the site in Lydd Road, Old Romney. We have also been awarded costs.
A retrospective planning application (20/1150/FH) was received in 2020 but the required information to make it valid was not submitted and it has now been closed.
A report will be made to the Planning and Licensing Committee meeting on 23 March 2021 regarding the existing hard standing and mobile homes.
The injunction prevents any further development or more caravans being installed on the land.
