Otterpool Park LLP is holding an exhibition later this month to update the public on the next steps for the new sustainable garden town near Hythe.
The public exhibition will take place at Sellindge Village Hall on Wednesday 24 June. Members of the public are invited to pop in any time between 2.30pm and 8pm.
Otterpool Park LLP was set up in May 2020 by Folkestone & Hythe District Council to deliver the project. The LLP is the master developer and is leading and driving forward plans to submit updated information to the Local Planning Authority (Folkestone & Hythe District Council) as part of the planning process.
Since the council resolved to grant planning permission in 2023, several elements have progressed. The exhibition will cover the changes Otterpool Park LLP plan to submit and information about the delivery of first homes.
Council Leader Jim Martin said: “We are pleased that progress is continuing at Otterpool Park and this exhibition is a valuable chance for residents to understand how the project is responding to new guidance, information and the needs of the district.”
Information from the exhibition will also be available on otterpoolpark.org from Thursday 25 June for anyone that is unable to attend in person.
