The Local Planning Authority received further amendments in relation to the Outline Planning Application on November 21, 2022. The statutory consultation on the further information and other information ran between Thursday December 1, 2022 and Monday January 9, 2023 (closed at 4pm).

On 28th April the Local Planning Authority received a full set of revisions and updates to the Outline Planning Application (OPA). The documents are now live on the Otterpool Park webpage for viewing and a hard copy is available on the ground floor of the Civic Centre.

A full statutory consultation period commenced on Friday 29th April, lasting for eight weeks. Any person wishing to make representations about these updates and amendments can submit comments on-line using the above web address. On 31 March 2022 the Local Planning Authority received an amended Outline Planning Application (Y19/0257/FH) and the updated documents, with the exception of the Heritage Strategy, are now available to view. Otterpool Park Updated Planning Application
The LPA is awaiting the Heritage Strategy from the applicant before commencing the consultation process. As soon as this is received and checked by the Local Planning Authority the statutory consultation will start and will run for eight weeks.
