A well-run council
A well run, transparent and listening council that works closely with its partners.
Open engagement is vital to our service delivery and the new engagement methods we trialled for this plan will be developed over the coming years to show that we listen to our residents.
Comments received during the plan consultation concerned services run by other organisations. A focus on partnership working will be developed to make sure the voice of residents is heard, lobbying other organisations when necessary.
