Property Solutions offers a choice of two options to landlords:
Option 1
- An incentive payment of £1,250 for a studio flat or room in an HMO, £1,500 for a 1 bedroom property, £1,750 for a 2 or 3 bedroom property £2,000 for a property consisting of 4 bedrooms or above
- One month's rent in advance
- A deposit to cover damages of up to 5 weeks rent
Option 2
Folkestone & Hythe District Council can offer a management service through ABC Lettings with fees of 10 per cent. Included in this service is:
- A guaranteed rent for the duration of the tenancy
- Finding the right tenant for your property within two weeks
- Boiler breakdown cover which includes the annual gas safety check
- An out of hours service
- Regular inspections
Whichever option you choose, you will also receive:
- A fully vetted tenant identified for the property
- A pre tenancy inspection of your property to ensure the standard required by the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
