If you are a garden waste customer: You can leave your real Christmas tree next to your brown-lidded bin when collections resume from Monday 5 January 2026.
For all other residents
- click on the request button below and log into your MyAccount (or create an account if you don't already have one) to complete your christmas tree collection request. If you are already logged into your MyAccount the My waste services page will open automatically
- select the title 'Xmas tree collection' from the My waste services menu on the right hand side. Once you have clicked on the 'Submit' button please wait for your collection day to be displayed on the screen and make a note of the date. Please ensure your tree is on the kerbside by 7am on the day of collection.
- We are experiencing really high volumes, after you click on the 'Submit' button your collection date may take up to 60 seconds to appear on the screen.
- please do not click on 'Submit' multiple times as this may cause your request to fail.
