Contract register
Our contracts register is available on the Kent Business Portal.
You can find what contracts we have in place and when these are due to expire by selecting the council from the dropdown "organisations" menu on the left side of the screen and then clicking the green "update" button lower down. The list can also be exported as a spreadsheet by using the green "export" button at the bottom of the page.
Current opportunities
When a contract opportunity is published, the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) or Invitation to Tender (ITT) process will be managed via the Kent Business Portal.
You can find our tenders by selecting Folkestone & Hythe District Council from the dropdown "organisations" menu on the left side of the screen and then clicking the green "update" button lower down. If you want to include information about tenders that have already closed, there is an additional "include closed" setting in the filter options below the dropdown menu.
Advertisements on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender will instruct suppliers to register on the Kent Business Portal to download and submit tender documents.
