New subscriptions and renewals are now open for 2024/25. The current garden waste service will run from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
You will need to enter your postcode and select your address. For new customers you will be able to buy a bin and subscribe to this service, for existing customers you can renew your subscription.

Missed garden waste bin collection
If your bin has not been collected by 5pm on your collection day you will need to report it as a missed collection within 24 hours, please use the link below to report it to us 24/7. Once you have reported it, please leave your bin out for collection and the crew will return within 24 hours.
The quickest and easiest way to report a missed bin is via MyAccount, where you will be able to see if your collection has been rescheduled and report the bin being missed without the need to complete a form. You can also check your new waste collection calendar.
