If you want to transfer your plate to a new vehicle you need to let us know.
A licensing officer will need to inspect it before you can apply.

If the vehicle is satisfactory you must make an appointment with one of the garages below unless it has done less than 500 miles.
If the vehicle is satisfactory, the garage must also test it
You will need to make an appointment with either

If your vehicle passes the test, the garage will give you a certificate of compliance.
