New neighbourhood management policy
As well as your home, we look after all indoor and outdoor shared spaces (known as communal areas) in and around our blocks and estates.
A new Neighbourhood Management Policy is now in place, setting out our service commitments. This covers services such as block cleaning, gardening, communal bin areas, garages and graffiti removal.
