2026 tenant satisfaction survey

You’ll soon receive an invitation to complete this year’s tenant satisfaction survey. We’d appreciate it if you could take the time to respond and share your views about the housing service. The survey should only take you around 10 minutes to complete. Your views are very important to us as they help us understand what’s working well and where we need to improve. We’ll use your responses to calculate performance information for annual tenant satisfaction measures, which we are required to report to the Regulator of Social Housing.
We will publish the data, and what we plan to do as a result, in a future issue of the tenant bulletin.
