If you wish to report an issue such as:
- an abandoned vehicle
- noise nuisance
- missed bin collection
Complaints, compliments, and feedback about the service you've received
We're committed to delivering high levels of customer service to all our customers, as outlined in our Customer Access Strategy 2020 - 2023 (PDF, 2.58MB) . We have an online form so that you can:
- provide us feedback so we can understand what works well and should be repeated in the delivery of other similar services;
- send us a compliment so we can give credit to the staff involved, and share their good practice; or
- make a formal complaint.
What you need to do
- click on the report button below and log into your MyAccount (or create an account if you don't already have one) to complete the online form.

If you wish to report it anonymously select the 'Report anonymously' option on the MyAccount log in page
What happens next
Once the report is received it will be passed to the relevant team to be actioned.
If you're dissatisfied with the service you've received from us, you may feel the need to make a formal complaint.
We recognise that we get it wrong sometimes, and we'll always thoroughly investigate any complaint and see what lessons we can learn to serve you better. We'll apologise if we are at fault and let you know what changes we've put into place to prevent it happening again.
We will not normally investigate anonymous complaints but may do so depending on the circumstances, including the seriousness of the issue, the credibility of the concern, and the likelihood of confirming the allegation.
