As property developer you would normally be responsible for the provision of containers for the collection of recyclables, household waste and food waste for all new developments. Depending on the amount of units being developed dictates the size and quantity of the containers required.
In some instances site visit may be necessary to discuss your requirements.
Bin request for a property developer
All containers are chargeable and once the waste team have advised what containers would be needed payment will be due.
Once payment is received containers can take up to 28 working days to be delivered.

What you need to do

- tell us the site address
- let us know how many units require bins
- advise if the units have designated bin store areas and if so the size of the store area
- confirm that the bins can be stored off the highway
- give site contact details (this is for the Waste Team in case they need to do site visit to discuss further)

What happens next
On submission of your completed form this will be passed to the Waste Team to advise you further and you will be contacted within 10 working days to discuss.
