Log in to Housing Online portal
Once you’ve created a MyAccount and Housing Online account, you can access it by logging into your MyAccount and then clicking the Council tenants button. You will automatically be logged into your Housing Online account in the future.

Once logged into your MyAccount, click 'Council tenants', highlighted below:

You can now enter your email address and password and click the green 'Log In' button, to enter the Housing Online portal.

You are now logged into your Housing Online portal, select the appropriate option by clicking on a button below.
