Once logged into your MyAccount, click on 'Council tenants'.
Step 3
You are now logged into your Housing Online portal, then click on 'My repairs'
Step 4
Click on the 'Actions' button, next to your address to report a repair.
Step 5
Progress through the screens to select your relevant options.
