View my rent account, make a payment or setup a direct debit

Once logged into your MyAccount, click on 'Council tenants'.
Step 3
You are now logged into your Housing Online portal, then click on 'My accounts'
Step 4
Click on the 'Actions' button, next to your address to make a payment, view your statement or setup a direct debit.
