Tenant & leaseholder Facebook group
Facebook is an easy, instant way for us to share current news or articles that are of interest to our tenants and leaseholders. The group is private and for tenants only, so that your messages do not get diluted or lost in the general crowds on the council’s main social media page. This is the easiest way to be an involved tenant as it only requires you to join the group. Your level of involvement within the group can be as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
The tenant engagement and communications teams check the group daily and will pick up any comments or issues raised. However, your first point of contact to report any issues should always be via: housing.service@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or by calling us on 01303 853300.
To join the group, we will need to verify that you are a tenant, to ensure the group is exclusive and private to our tenants and keep out scammers and anyone who does not need access, so we ask for the name your tenancy is held in, and your address or rent reference number, so that we can complete the verification and admit you to the group.
