Parking PCN scam texts (unpaid fines)

We have been made aware of scam texts being sent to mobile phones saying that the recipient has unpaid parking fines and giving a link to pay the fine. We would stress that these are not from Folkestone & Hythe District Council, and we will NEVER send text messages to anyone regarding Penalty Charge Notices. This matter has been reported to Kent Police. If you have received such a message, please report it to the police by contacting
