RingGo wallet refund - visitor permits
Folkestone & Hythe District Council is stopping the use of RingGo Wallets for visitor permits.
- If you already have money in an active Wallet, you can keep using it until further notice.
- You can no longer add more money to your Wallet.
- If you don’t want to use the active balance in your Wallet, you can request a refund.
- Refunds can take up to 21 working days from the date we close your refund request.
- Please also note that refund requests submitted between Friday 20 March and Monday 6 April will be placed on hold pending a new finance system which will be rolled out on Tuesday 7 April.
