This phase will start in July/August 2025 and run into early 2026.

Work will take place along Cheriton Road between Shorncliffe Road and Middelburg Square and also at Shorncliffe Road junction. This will include utility diversions and construction of rain gardens and footways.
Work around Middelburg Square will continue to tie in to works being completed along Cheriton Road.
Paving and tree works along Guildhall Street will start during this phase.
