The proposal seeks to amend the current permit holders only parking and limited waiting as follows;
The Order proposes to amend the Folkestone Central Parking Zone (Zone H) to include the following roads and controls:

1 April – 30 September: 8am – 8pm: Permit Holders (Zone H) or Pay and Display 1 October – 31 March: 8am – 8pm: Permit Holders (Zone H) or 3 hours, no return within 2 hours |

The Leas (between Earls Avenue and Metropole Road West) |
1 April – 30 September: 10am – 5pm: Permit Holders (Zone H), Resident Car Park Permits or Pay and Display |
Waiting Restrictions: Waiting will be prohibited at all times in any part of the above roads where parking is not specifically provided.
